I had work done at Yates and they were incredible. They went out of their way to find the parts that were needed and kept me informed throughout the process. My vehicle was done quickly and looked like a brand new car when it was done. They’re amazing! A great experience and I highly recommend.

I have found Yates Body Shop reliable and honest with their estimate of repairs and they take the time to answer my questions. They are very professional and thorough with the quality and completion of their work. I have used Yates in the past and will, if need be, in the future. I am always impressed with the work upon completion as the car shows absolutely no evidence of damage. I highly recommend and have done so already.

My car was hit and run by a semi truck. We took it to Yates. I can’t say enough good things. Their service was truly exceptional in every way. They were amazing communicators, extremely professional and thorough, explained everything very well, advocated for me, and got my car back into better shape than it was before the accident. They went above and beyond in so many ways, and did an incredible, flawless repair job. Best experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. Would trust them with anything. Thank you Yates!!

A bunch of incompetent teenagers parading around as auto repair specialists.Truck was in the shop for over 2 months because the shop wouldn't/couldn't supply parts. I ended up purchasing the needed parts myself and brought them to the shop. Repair work once started took weeks. Upon delivery badging was applied incorrenctly, truck/wheels/exterior were dirty, and there were paint hand prints on the inside of the truck cab on the ceiling. White paint overspray on the bed of the truck.Unbelievable.I took the truck because I don't dare leave it with them one more day.ABSOLUTE NIGHTMAREIf you have a new vehicle, take it to a dealer, not to these guys.

Me vehicle was damaged, REPEATEDLY while in Yates possession. For example, my windshield was broken, found a large dent above my back driver door, hair in my paint, scratches where they tried to remove paneling , broken clips, fried my computer, and battery, damaged my interior from loading fking parts in the back of my vehicle etc. and they ALSO damaged my b pillar, so after charging over $20,000 in repairs and Yates having my vehicle 3 separate time, from September 29th - the end most of January I believe, I had to take it to a different shop located in Helena ( hjemls body shop - I highly recommend) to be told that my car is totaled, so not only did Yates waste MONTHS of my time, damage my car, waste the insurance money, it they wasted my fking money. Not only am I now out over $20,000 in payments I’ve made on this vehicle in the last year, I’m out the over $2,000 I had to pay to cartune to even pick up my car, that should have been totaled in the first place, when I didn’t even cause this accident, because I saw stopped at a stop sign. will say they are very nice people, despite them trying to gas light me, about the damages, also I was told multiple time- from the owner, Zac that his “best guys” were on this, if that is the case… you guys need to seriously get better help. I am so blown away from this experience, because they do have such good reviews. Yates has cost me thousands of dollars, don’t waste your time , find someone else.

Dear Yates,At this point in my driving career I believe you should have a punch card discount…….10th accident is free? Regardless of my inability to pay attention to my surroundings while moving at two miles and hour your body shop is amazing. You have always made working with my insurance seamless. You are the one that notifies me about my rental status and your staff always goes above and beyond to ensure that my vehicles are returned to me like new! Detailed beyond expectations and all repairs guaranteed. I can not recommend Yates enough, and even if you see them more often than you hope, they are extremely kind and go out of their way to make sure your severely poor driving record does not impact your daily life. ❤️

When my car was totaled by a collision with a deer, Yates did a fantastic job writing up a very thorough quote. I was on a long drive from TX to WA, and just needed the process to go quickly so I could move on. They were friendly, communicated well with insurance, and even helped me get to the airport to pick up a rental. Didn't get any body work done but Yates was very professional and accommodating when I was in a frustrating, sticky situation.

Very professional work done by Yates Autobody on significant damage done to my car in an accident. I was very happy with the quality of the job done.Zac explained the process and provided a timeline and within 3 days had the estimate to our insurance company. They are very good at communicating the progress and any issues that arise.

We recently visited Yates Body Shop to repair some scratches that our kids put in their grandpa's car. While this ended up only being a minor repair, everyone at Yates was professional and friendly (and patient as our 4 and 6 year old explained what they had done). The folks at Yates assessed the damage and were able to make the repair much more quickly, and much less expensively, than we had originally anticipated. This is clearly a family business that cares about their customers, and it shows! Thank you!

We had a miscommunication when the shop was working on my husband's truck after an accident. He had damage on his truck bed that was there when he bought the truck, and he wanted it fixed eventually. He had asked for a quote on how much it would cost while other repairs were being conducted. We didn't get called back until after the extra repair on the tailgate was already completed, so we felt backed into a corner when we had no choice but to pay an extra $500. If we had more money to spare at the time, we would have agreed. Yates made it right for us and were very professional in the way they handled it from there. We are working on an arrangement to instead pay what we would have agreed to pay had we received an estimate. I can't think of many other body shops/mechanics who would work with you after this mishap, rather than telling you you're SOL. The work they did on the entire truck was phenomenal. It looks brand new. Mistakes happen but Yates will make it right.

Some creep sideswipped our car at 2 in the morning and drove off . Took the car to Yates and they did a great job of fixing all the damage to it. And there was a lot. Did a great job on the paint and the detailing was awesome. THANK YOU ALL .

I can not praise these guys enough! They are efficient, kind and care about their customers. After a very complicated situation these guys jumped right in, helped get my vehicle to their mechanic and treated me great! I have had to use them before and I am always met with respect. I was referred by family members and was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail they provided. My care is hard to get parts for. It had a short production run and only a few thousand a year were sold. They kept me informed when parts were ordered and when they would be available to complete the work. I was impressed that my car was kept in the garage and never left outside. My car was show quality when I received it on time as promised. Thank You.

The BEST service I’ve had in years!!! After the estimate they ordered all parts required leading to no delays in repair timeline or additional costs with rental car, handled all billing with insurance company, took payment over the phone so I didn’t have to leave work early to pick it up, informed rental car company of repair timeline, cleaned my car inside and out, and the body work looks GREAT also. FANTASTIC!!!

I am new to Butte, and Yates came highly recommended by the officer that took the report.1. Very friendly receptionist, helpful and thorough.2. My car and myself were greeted professionally and with compassion.3. I was told a start date, end date, and as promised, it was done on that date.4. The work was flawless! Even got a ding out I thought would be expensive, for free.5. My car was clean and in perfect order. As promised.The paperwork was all done by them!I highly recommend Yates Body shop. I loved everything about how they took care of not only me, but my car as well.!

Got rear ended a few weeks back and Yates Body Shop did an amazing job they worked with my insurance company to get me the best deal possible and negotiated with my insurance company where they needed to purchase a better quality part because the after market part didn’t match correctly. They have a keen eye for detail and treated us like family!

Unfortunately, I have had many opportunities to have vehicles repaired. Over several years I have always felt the quality of work rated five stars. Personnel have also been kind and helpful. I wouldn't consider any other place to have my vehicles repaired. It's hard to improve on perfection.

I have had several encounters with Yates. Their customer service is friendly, courteous, professional and always makes sure the experience is great. They were in communication every step while my vehicles were in their possession. Work was done within a day or 2 of their estimated completion date delay was out of their control due to parts on delivery. Very professional attentive to all details. You can walk in here and have your estimate done quickly, no appointment necessary. Really enjoy that coming from the metropolitan areas down south. They have a great turnaround time on scheduling the repair work.
